Matrix was responsible for the construction of the Oracle Display Centre at Broadbeach and had to reflect the high end quality and innovation of the Oracle project within this centre.

The project consisted of a display centre on the future Oracle site. The centre had similar design features to the Oracle project incorporated in it, in order to create the perfect selling environment for our client, Niecon.
The Oracle Display Centre had many different elements to include ensuring that potential buyers were given a strong indication of the design and aesthetics of the future Oracle project.

The project combined features of the highest quality to enhance the reputation of quality and innovation for developer Niecon, and to maximise apartment sales.
Matrix delivered an ultra modern and contemporary display centre with impressive finishes and the highest quality workmanship to replicate the same value within the Oracle project.

The striking sales office has succeeded in drawing attention to the new project and ensured strong sales for Oracle and a good presence in the marketplace.
