Matrix was chosen to provide the design and construction services to Metroll Qld Pty Ltd n 2003 for their new industrial building at Richlands in Brisbane.

This project required a number of different skills from Matrix as there was a variety of components involved. The challenging development demanded a number of design and construction facets for the various office, manufacturing and warehouse spaces in the building.

Matrix had to ensure that the various components of Metroll were easily accessible and integrated flawlessly within one another.
